The following terms and conditions apply in respect of using Green Laundry’s laundromat (the Laundromat):
The Laundromat expressly excludes all loss, liability, and damage for any lost, stolen or damaged clothing (including, any shrinkage of clothing, transfer of colour from one garment to another or damage caused to items which are labelled ‘hand wash only’ or ‘dry clean only’). All loss, liability and damage caused to a customer (whether physically or otherwise) as a result of using our machines or being at our premises is expressly excluded. The Laundromat is not responsible for loss of, or damage to, any personal or non-cleanable items left amongst, or in, a customer’s clothing such as money, jewellery, or anything else of value.
We do not guarantee removal of all stains to clothes washed in our Laundromat. Clothes must be spin dried before placing them in dryers.
Clothes left in machines after a cycle has been completed may be removed by waiting customers. We would be grateful if you would ensure that you are available to remove your clothes at the end of a cycle as a courtesy to other customers.
Our Laundromat’s modern facilities are provided for our customers comfort and convenience. Please help us to keep them in a good condition by cleaning up after yourself and reporting any abuse to us on 1300 469 274.
Our opening hours are 6am to 10pm, 7 days a week. The door will lock at 10pm sharp and the lights will automatically turn off at 10:30pm. We would be grateful if you would ensure that your last cycle is loaded 30 minutes before closing time.
These premises are under surveillance and all activity is recorded for our customer’s safety. We provide complimentary wifi subject to the terms and conditions set out on www.greenlaundry.com.au
As we have an electronic payment system, minimal cash is kept on the premises.

Collection of your personal information:
Green Laundry collects personal information about you and other individuals when you access the Green Laundry guest wi-fi.
The following information is collected:
your device’s MAC address
the addresses of the websites you visit while you are connected to the Green Laundry guest free wi-fi.
Only authorised users may access the guest free wi-fi.
Green Laundry collects your browser history for the purpose of ensuring use of the guest free wi-fi complies with these terms and conditions.
Disclosure & publication of your personal information
Green Laundry will generally not disclose the personal information about you and others it collects when you use Green Laundry guest free wi-fi to any external persons or entities.
Green Laundry may disclose personal information about you when it is required or authorised to do so pursuant to:
a court or tribunal order for production of documents an Australian law (for example, disclosure under the Freedom of Information Act 1982).

Complaints
